Overview :
Glass filled PEEK plate is a kind of glass filled PEEK modification product. Compared with nature PEEK, glass reinforced PEEK board exhibits increased mechanical strength and high rigidity. Moreover, the addition of glass fiber improved creep strength and dimensional stability of PEEK, and helps to significantly reduce the expansion rate and flexural modulus of PEEK material, making it particularly useful when it needs to improve strength and stability at continuous high temperatures above 150 ° C (300 ° f). Due to these excellent properties, the material of glass fiber reinforced PEEK rod is suitable for parts that bear high static load for a long time under high temperature conditions.
