Overview :
PEEK Plate CF is a carbon filled PEEK material. The carbon fiber filled PEEK polymer has higher stiffness and creep strength than natural PEEK material. The carbon fibre reinforcement helps to improve the wear properties of the PEEK material as they are typically less abrasive than the glass fiber reinforced PEEK material. Carbon filled PEEK board has all the important characteristics of natural PEEK material such as good dimensional stability, superior chemical resistance and high resistance to creep. Carbon filled PEEK plate also has exceptional hydrolysis resistance at a superheated water and steam. Due to its exceptional properties, PEEK CF semi products are used in many areas, such as in the automotive, marine, nuclear, down hole oil well, electronics, and aerospace fields.
