PEI (Polyetherimide) is an amorphous high-performance engineering plastic widely used in aerospace, automotive, medical, and electronics industries. When processed into 3D printing filament, it offers outstanding heat resistance, high mechanical strength, inherent flame retardancy, and excellent dimensional stability. PEI is the base resin for ULTEM™ grades and is ideal for functional prototyping and end-use parts requiring high performance under thermal and mechanical stress.
